TAG/PAS LITHIUM

TAG/PAS ( Twist and Go or Pedal Assist ) LITHIUM
  • Allows users to select between two platforms.
  • Twist and Go Mode: No pedaling required.
  • Pedal Assist Mode: Must pedal in order to actuate the throttle.

Throttle

Electro- Drive

  • The Advantage. Powerful gear reduction motor system with chain drive power to the rear wheel.
  • The Benefit. Provides the power you need to climb hills or cut through wind with speeds up to 15 MPH.
Battery

  • Lithium-ion 24 V / 10 AH removable rack top mounted pack, (7) 3.7V rechargeable cells with advanced battery management system with key lock and power system.
  • The Advantage. About 1/3 the weight of a conventional SLA battery pack and last 3 to 4 times longer.
  • The Benefit. Compact package size is easy to detach from the bike when locking outside or transporting. Simply carry inside to recharge.

PTS (Pedal Torque Sensor): These models have sensors that read rider pedal force and send a signal to the motor to start running. The power level can be adjusted by the rider with a convenient handlebar control.

Advantage
  • There are no complicated devices to actuate the motor or throttle to hold open. The pedal torque sensing mechanism reads pedal force applied while pedaling and sends a signal to the motor to run at varying power levels.

Benefit
  • PTS (Pedal Torque Sensor): Rider simply pedals, just like a conventional bicycle and can choose the level of pedal assist they desire. Range is up to 30 miles depending on the power assist level you choose, rider weight, terrain and other factors
